For Traffic Offences and Parking Infractions Only:
If you are deciding to choose "OPTION 3" listed on the reverse side of your offence notice (Ticket) you will notice that you cannot mail in your request for a trial. "You or your agent must appear in person" to file a notice of intention to appear within 15 days of receiving your Ticket. Now you can! This new service allows you to do so by FAX or EMAIL. Simply send us a copy of your Offence notice (Ticket), along with a completed and signed "Notice of intention to appear" form which can be downloaded from our site, and we will file your court date for you .
Once you have calculated your loss of wages due to time off work, the price for parking, the extremely long line up, and the consumption of your gas, you will notice how much time and money you are saving. See below for more information and procedure methods.
(All requests must be FAXED or E- MAILED to us within 12 days of receiving your Offence notice (Traffic Ticket) or Parking Infraction Notice)

A. Fax us a copy of your ticket along with your NIA (Notice of intention to appear) form completed and signed
B. Email us a copy of your ticket along with your NIA (Notice of intention to appear) form completed and signed

Once we have received your documents we will contact you by telephone to verify the information you have provided, also confirming receipt of your documents. This process will take approximately 2 minutes of your time, and your part is done. A trial date will be set and a Notice of Trial will be mailed to you indicating your trial time, place and date within 6 to 8 months
After filing, we can Mail or FAX back your "court stamped” offence notice for your records at your request.
